One of grime’s most recognisable collectives BBK was founded by brothers JME and Skepta back in 2005 the North Londoners have exemplified all that is to be desired about the genre, Britain’s equivalent of the highly successful hip-hop scene in America. Alongside the aforementioned two, the group also consists of Wiley, Frisco, Jammer, DJ Maximum, Shorty & Solo 4. The BBK imprint continues to go from strength to strength with the highly acclaimed releases Konnichiwa by Skepta and Integrity by JME.
Soulection are a niche collective of music makers with a representation that covers all corners of the globe. Founded in 2011 by DJ Joe Kay, visual artist Guillaume Bonte and motion designer Andre Power, the Los Angeles based label can be proud of the innovative platform they have built. With over 220,000 followers on Souncloud they are in a great position to further expand on their success so far. Their weekly Soulection Radio Show is an absolute goldmine of great music.
